The daily reality

Client details, booking dates, contracts and payments usually live in different places. Keeping them in step is what takes the week.

Scattered

  • Client details spread across chats and notes
  • Booking dates disconnected from the contract
  • Deposits and remaining balances tracked from memory
  • Payments and expenses reconciled by hand at month end

In one place

  • Every client, booking and payment on one record
  • Contracts generated from the booking and signed online
  • Invoices that follow the booking, deposit included
  • Revenue, expenses and balances in one report

For photo & video professionals

The defaults come from how photo and video work is actually sold, delivered and paid for.

  • Independent photographers and videographers

Everything in one account, with no team setup needed to get started.

  • Wedding and event professionals

Deposits, remaining balances and contracts for bookings made months ahead.

  • Small photo and video teams

One account holds the whole business: clients, packages, bookings and finances. A physical studio is optional.

  • Working in Arabic

Contracts and exported PDFs render right-to-left correctly, not as an afterthought.

Early access

Studio App is in controlled early access. Create an account and start organising your workflow. Pricing has not been set yet, and anyone using the product now will hear about it before anything changes.

  • Access to every module in the product
  • No payment details required today
  • Your business data stays isolated

Pricing and plans are not finalised. We would rather say that than publish a number we might change.

Questions

Who is this for?

Photographers, videographers, and anyone running photo or video work as a business: independents, wedding and event professionals, freelancers and small teams. Studios are welcome, but you do not need a physical studio to use it. It covers the business side of the work: clients, bookings, contracts, invoices, payments and expenses.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The interface, the client booking page, the contracts and the exported PDFs all work in Arabic with proper right-to-left layout. You can switch language at any time, and your clients see the language you choose for them.

Can clients book without messaging me?

Yes. Every account gets a public booking page carrying its own logo and colours. Clients pick a package, choose a date and send their details straight into your bookings.

Can I use the contracts with real clients?

The app generates a contract from the booking, lets the client sign it online, and records signing evidence with the signed copy. It is a working contract flow, but it is not legal advice: review the wording with a lawyer for your own market before you rely on it.

How are payments and expenses handled?

Invoices are issued from the booking, with the deposit and the remaining balance tracked as payments are recorded. Expenses are logged separately with receipts attached, and both feed into the reports.

Is pricing final?

No. The product is in controlled early access and pricing has not been set. No payment details are required to create an account today, and we will give notice before anything changes.

Who can see my business data?

Only you and anyone you add to your workspace. Each account's records are separated at the database level, not just hidden in the interface, and receipts you upload are stored privately.

What does early access mean?

The product is complete enough to run a real workflow end to end, but access is being opened gradually while we keep refining it. Expect the product to keep changing, and expect us to ask what is missing.
